Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as communicated during booking, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as agreed.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the current rate of 15%. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any changes before payment. Payment terms will be clearly communicated before service delivery.
Squozrelshaklyra provides styling advice and recommendations. We are not responsible for individual purchasing decisions or outcomes resulting from our consultations.
While we provide expert guidance, final purchasing decisions remain with the client, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our services are provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), and nothing in these terms limits your rights under that Act.
