If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find the best solution when cancellations are necessary. Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of genuine emergency or illness, subject to our discretion.
Refunds for prepaid services are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will investigate all refund requests fairly and promptly.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
